About the Job

An experienced Radiation Oncology Program Lead is sought after by Workforce Solutions Virens Global to lead the implementation of radiation therapy programs across multiple locations in the USA.

This role involves determining technical specifications for equipment selection, installation, and acceptance testing. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality control protocols for radiation-producing equipment, ensuring accurate calibration of radiation oncology treatments in accordance with established protocols.

  • Determine technical specifications for equipment selection, installation, and acceptance testing.
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols for radiation-producing equipment.
  • Design and execute radiotherapy treatment plans according to accepted standards.
  • Ensure accurate calibration of radiation oncology treatments in accordance with established protocols.

Key Requirements

Certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics is mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of radiation physics and a proven track record in implementing radiation therapy programs.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
