HC&N Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
  • Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, providing counseling and disciplinary action as necessary
  • Maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing unit
  • Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current RN license for the state of practice
  • 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility
  • Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
