About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, and engine performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
  • Inspect, repair, and diagnose brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioner, and coolant systems
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Promote teamwork to deliver excellent guest service during all operating hours
  • Maintain expected standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
