About the Role:

Transdev is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Jacksonville Beach, FL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining engines across various vehicles and equipment. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and servicing of vehicles/equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist senior mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks, contributing to efficient workflow.
Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
Lead diagnostic tests to accurately identify complex issues and determine comprehensive repair strategies.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a lube tech or mechanic.
ASE certifications optional; ASE certification program provided.
Mechanic's tool set.
Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing.
