Key Responsibilities
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Identify and resolve production issues, and maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality products.
  • Production Operations: Operate a crane to maneuver product, materials, and oiling forms, and perform a variety of production duties as required.
  • Tool Operation and Maintenance: Utilize tape measures and basic hand tools, including trowels, hammers, wrenches, chisels, power tools, vibrators, and table saws, and maintain them in good working order.
  • Quality Control: Read and interpret production drawings, and ensure that products meet quality standards.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members, and report any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to read a tape measure within 1/16, and work in a fast-paced environment with varying daily temperatures.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 65lbs or more, and work overtime as needed.
