About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in building relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Identify opportunities to offer a range of retail banking deposit and credit products and services
  • Analyze business challenges and develop solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Present recommendations to resolve customer inquiries and service requests
  • Open and service accounts within authorized limits
  • Provide information to internal partners and external sources to enhance the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to leverage partners and connect customers with the right resources
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or resolving issues
  • 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations or recognized equivalents
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
