About the Role: The CNA will work under the direction of a Case Manager/DON, providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you will work closely with licensed care staff to coordinate proper types of care for residents and adhere to Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
