We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Outdoor Cleaner for a facility in Texarkana, AR.

Key Highlights:

  • Competitive pay rate: $12.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay
  • Flexible scheduling: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, and 10:00 pm - 6:00 am (some weekends required)

Responsibilities:

  • Routine upkeep of parking lot and surrounding areas
  • Garbage and trash disposal
  • Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot
  • Other cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old and pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • A strong work ethic
  • The ability to work alone
  • Safety-oriented

We will provide on-the-job training.
