Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet members and guests to create an inviting environment.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, checking in members, and processing transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with gym protocols and maintain a tidy and secure facility.

Essential Duties

  • Provide enthusiastic welcomes to members, prospects, and visitors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any issues.
  • Efficiently handle front desk tasks, including phone inquiries and payment processing.
  • Monitor and uphold facility rules to ensure a safe and organized space.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Genuine interest in health and fitness.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
