Youth Soccer Instructor for Preschoolers

About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible, professional, and enthusiastic individual who can bring our program to life. As a Youth Soccer Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching soccer skills to children aged 2-8, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and building strong relationships with parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach soccer classes to small groups of children aged 2-8
• Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes physical activity, socialization, and fun
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate effectively with the director of coaching
• Arrive on time to each session and meet the necessary transportation requirements

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and car insurance
• Experience working with young children (2-8 years old) and basic understanding of soccer skills and rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer, printer, and internet access required

Compensation:$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
