About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Diabetes Care division, where we're dedicated to helping people with diabetes manage their health through life-changing products. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough failure analysis investigations on returned ADC products to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Support small to medium-sized projects, working independently or under the direction of a supervisor to drive project completion.
  • Participate in sustaining activities, such as process improvement and tooling updates, to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to other engineers in the lab, sharing your expertise and knowledge to promote teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
