Metro Stars Gymnastics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Coaching Director. As a key member of our management team, the Coaching Director will play a vital role in shaping the future of our gymnastics program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of coaches, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
  • Program Development: Design and implement training programs for gymnasts of all skill levels and age groups, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate the performance of the coaching staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their skills.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with parents and gymnasts to provide updates, address concerns, and foster a positive and supportive environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
