The Mobility Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Hertz Local Edition team. As a representative of our brand, the Mobility Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless and valued rental car experience for rideshare drivers.
Compensation:
$16.25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure operational excellence to provide customers with the best rental car experience.
2. Assist in creating rental car reservations, processing rentals, and ensuring vehicles are clean and safe for customers.
3. Address various post-rental inquiries related to the rental and billing processes.
4. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service that enhances the rental experience.
5. Respond to phone inquiries regarding the Hertz/Rideshare Rental Car Program, including rental requirements, billing questions, roadside assistance, and more.
6. Effectively communicate the Hertz/Rideshare Rental Car Program and its procedures.
7. Maximize revenue opportunities by actively engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
8. Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including checking for damages, cleaning interiors and exteriors, filling gas tanks, and ensuring all fluid levels are adequate.
Professional Experience:
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks.
- Demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
- Proficient in computer usage and detail-oriented.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is mandatory.
