Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless transitions and communication.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, promoting health literacy and empowering individuals to take control of their care.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current AHA or ARC BCLS certification.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
  • 1 to 2 years acute care/specialty nursing experience desired.
