Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital. As a PACU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth recovery for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients recovering from anesthesia, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or questions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • 1 year of experience as a PACU Nurse or in a similar critical care setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
