Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Specialist at R+L Carriers, you will provide a range of executive administrative functions to support the Owner and Executive Leadership Team. This includes displaying professional phone etiquette, processing confidential materials and information, and performing data processing, filing, and copying tasks. Additionally, you will learn and work with company computer-related applications, tools, and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Owner and Executive Leadership Team
Display professional phone etiquette and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Process confidential materials and information professionally at all times
Perform data processing, filing, and copying tasks as needed
Learn and work with company computer-related applications, tools, and programs

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
