Position Summary:
We are currently seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to become integral members of our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are crucial to our success, demonstrating determination, positivity, and a passion for overcoming challenges. This temporary role offers the potential for permanent employment based on performance and tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
- Receive and unpack product pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and overall facility.
- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage.
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an organized manner.
- Utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement.
- Prepare quality food and beverage items while following recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen organization and standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak shifts.
- Familiarity with basic web-based software applications.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 49 pounds.
- Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Incentives:
- $500 referral bonus after 90 days.
