About the Role

The Custodial Supervisor at Compass Group, North America is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires strong communication skills to address the needs of building occupants and maintain excellent relationships with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and review standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with established policies and practices.
  • Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist in ensuring client and customer satisfaction and efficient cost-effective management.
  • Promote the professional growth and development of all associates.
  • Coordinate tasks of subordinate supervisory and management team via regular communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree required; or equivalent and relevant experience.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience, preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, preferred.
