About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Interim HealthCare Duluth, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and schools. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and overseeing LPNs, CNAs, and aides.

Key Responsibilities

• Care for patients with a range of illnesses, injuries, and diseases
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Examine patients, conduct assessments, and document condition
• Review, interpret, and carry out physician orders
• Administer medication and maintain a safe environment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical facility
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, and good communication skills
