Key Responsibilities- Architect and design highly advanced SBCs and card-level products for Mil-Aero and space applications
- Develop and implement industry best practices for electrical engineering
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise
- Drive process improvements and lead peer reviews for technical development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic technical paths for business expansion
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in SBCs and digital design with mil-aero programs
- High-speed interfaces design experience (PCIe Gen 3, DDR3/4, 10GbE, etc.)
- Experience with standard bus architectures such as VPX, VME, cPCI
- Strong understanding of development programs and experience across the entire development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
