Join DISH Network L.L.C as a Product Manager and be part of a team that is reimagining the future of connectivity. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in building and enhancing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritize features and functionality, and steward the engineering backlog.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and various business teams in the development, digital products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, or business analysis within technology.
- Experience with B2B product management and/or SaaS platforms in the Communications/Media, Financial Services or Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies, as well as design thinking principles.
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Diplomatic, relationship building and ability to influence people over whom you might not have direct authority.
- Executive presence and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated success in both enterprise and more nimble/startup cultures.
- Grit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and explore.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
