Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
