Key Qualifications

Who you are...

  • Deeply passionate about gastronomy with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A culinary diploma or degree is advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven history of engaging guests and team members while achieving financial success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable and prepared to meet the challenges of a dynamic 24-hour operation.
