Job Title: Client Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scorecards to measure client success
  • Conduct reinforcement training to enhance client skills
  • Generate reports to analyze client performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and video portal
  • Provide support for CRM systems and other technical tools
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
  • Comfortable using Zoom for virtual interactions
  • Previous automotive experience is beneficial
  • Familiarity with call monitoring is advantageous (training available for the right candidate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Knowledge of CRM applications is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
  • Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports
