Porter Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Porter to join our dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz of Lynwood. As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

• Drive vehicles to and from service areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Greet customers and direct them to the service advisor, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assist service customers with valet transportation, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare key tags for vehicles, maintaining accurate and efficient processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.

• Ability to follow directions and instructions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills, essential for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record, adhering to dealership guidelines.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
