Job Summary:
Candee Skin is seeking an experienced Spa Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees, managing day-to-day operations, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory control, scheduling, and employee development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store owner to set goals and objectives, and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail or spa management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and Point-of-Sale software.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $70,000 per year
