Job Overview

All Med Search is seeking an exceptional Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead our team in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and results of multiple sites and/or functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, with expertise in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures that support facility and market objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a superior clinical identity by identifying and implementing evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes. Ensure adherence to standards of care.
  • Manage variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost. Promote a culture of accountability and transparency in the provision of care.
  • Stay abreast of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations. Actively pursue efforts to achieve them.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of patient throughput strategies, including capacity planning, volume forecasting, patient flow coordination, and admission/discharge planning.
  • DIRECT nursing practice and unit operations. Develop policies, procedures, and nursing standards to ensure patient and family needs are assessed, met, and evaluated.
  • Provide leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience. Instill accountability for providing consistent, positive patient interactions that differentiate the organization as a healthcare leader.
  • Leverage various feedback mechanisms to benchmark performance and identify opportunities to improve customer/patient satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to elevate the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team and physicians to enhance existing services or develop new service offerings.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Nursing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role in an acute care setting
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
