Job Title: Lifestyle Director

Join BlueStar Resort & Golf as a Lifestyle Director and be part of a dynamic team that creates unforgettable experiences for our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recreational programs that cater to the diverse interests of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive member program that includes activities, events, and services that enhance the lifestyle of our members.
  • Host and coordinate events, activities, and programs that promote community engagement, socialization, and recreation.
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Manager to ensure a seamless integration of fitness and wellness programs with recreational activities.
  • Establish relationships with local vendors and partners to provide unique experiences for our members.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze program performance to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Communicate effectively with members, staff, and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, budgeting, and program development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional indoor office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level is moderate, and the physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
