Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our marketing team As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign results to drive business growth.

About the Role

• Manage Influencer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers in the Hy-Vee network, ensuring timely and effective content delivery.
• Create Engaging Content: Develop and curate high-quality content that showcases Hy-Vee's products and services, aligning with corporate initiatives and brand standards.
• Analyze Campaign Results: Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with influencers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analytics tools to track campaign performance.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and paid advertising platforms is a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working in a general office environment with frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. You will have access to advanced computer systems, including schedule management and presentation production applications, as well as job-specific programs.
