About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Pratt Health and Rehab. As a Contract CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. This is a full-time opportunity with rotating weekends.

Job Summary

This CNA position requires a strong commitment to delivering personalized care and support to seniors. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting. Your warm and caring demeanor will make it easy for you to build relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and grooming* Provide total care for residents, including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care* Monitor and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight* Conduct range of motion exercises as needed* Report any changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, or behavior* Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

Requirements

* Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program* Current Kansas certification/registration to practice* Current CPR certification* Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations* Desire to work with the elderly
