We are seeking a skilled Nursing Clinical Associate to join our team at Barton County Community College. As a Nursing Clinical Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting nursing faculty by supervising clinical practice and learning skills of nursing students in the simulation labs and/or at the clinical healthcare facility.

About the Position
  • Implement laboratory experiences and/or clinical experiences to facilitate student learning, nursing process, and relevant nursing procedures.
  • Assess the performance of students in the laboratory and/or clinical setting, maintaining detailed clinical records and identifying students needing extra help.

This is a part-time or as-needed position, with an estimated salary of $30.00 per hour. If you have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Kansas with 3 or more years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency as a professional nurse and a positive attitude towards nursing students in the clinical setting.
