Clinical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Ocean Dental in Shreveport, LA. In this role, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Overview:
- This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $50,000-$65,000, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
- You will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients to our office and assist them with registration
- Respond promptly to phone calls and messages
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues
Necessary Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Familiarity with medical or dental billing systems is beneficial
- Bilingual skills are a valuable asset
