The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to helping individuals reach their goals through individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust treatment plans based on data and client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent support.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field preferred).
  • Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
