Behavior Intervention Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Windham, NH. The ideal candidate will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to helping individuals reach their goals through individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust treatment plans based on data and client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent support.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field preferred).
- Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
