  • Employ discreet surveillance methods to observe subjects and accurately document their actions.
  • Perform extensive background investigations on individuals and organizations to validate credentials and relevant information.
  • Engage with witnesses and involved parties to gather testimonies and critical information.
  • Maintain meticulous records of investigative processes, including observations and evidence.
  • Analyze collected data to formulate precise conclusions and offer informed recommendations.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and ethical standards during investigations and while managing sensitive data.
  • Draft clear and concise reports summarizing investigative findings and recommendations.
  • Provide expert testimony in legal contexts when necessary.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in investigative roles, ideally within law enforcement or military settings.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interviewing scenarios.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations governing investigations and privacy rights.
  • Proficient in using surveillance tools and investigative software.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and impartiality in investigations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Education and Experience:

  • Possession of a valid Class C Florida Private Investigator license is mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in law enforcement or security roles is advantageous.
