About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Researcher to join our Global Swiffer Duster team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating consumer insights and developing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of product pillars, including product qualification, consumer test design, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop consumer insights and bring them to life for key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in sensorial assessment of benefits via sensory panels and consumer tests.
  • Conduct consumer interviews, placement analysis, and qualitative/quantitative interviewing, including in-home interviewing.
  • Partner with external agencies and parties to conduct consumer tests and generate external endorsements for claims.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience driving large, multi-functional business initiatives within a corporate environment.
  • Experience with organizing and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data, including the ability to apply basic statistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and conducting product research and analysis.
  • Strong communication and connectivity skills, with the ability to bring cross-functional teams together to move projects forward.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in consumer insights and/or behavioral analysis.
  • Prior experience in JMP.
