Job Overview

The Manufacturing Operator III is a critical role within our Coca-Cola Consolidated team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure proper startup and operation.
  • Quality Control: Inspect parts and make adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
  • Production Support: Assist with setting up and operating production equipment, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform scheduled quality assurance tests, communicate results with team members, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing housekeeping activities and sanitations on production equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Technical, mechanical aptitude; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand on feet for prolonged periods, and climb stairs as needed.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment. Weekend work and some holidays may be required to support customer demand.
