Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Lead to oversee large-scale multifamily projects in the Greater Boston area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project success and providing leadership to site personnel.

About the Role:

  • Oversee on-site daily project operations, including construction management and quality control.
  • Generate daily project reports to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and local building codes.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed by laborers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Certified Superintendent License (CSL) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects, preferably in the multifamily space.
  • Proven ability to utilize construction software, such as Procore or Bluebeam.
  • Experience successfully overseeing ground-up commercial/multifamily construction projects.
