Michael Page is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large commercial and multifamily projects in the Greater Boston area.

We are a global recruitment agency with a strong presence in the construction industry. Our client, a General Contractor based south of Boston, specializes in various markets, including Multifamily, Senior Living, and General Commercial.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects, preferably in the Multifamily space. Experience with construction software such as Procore and Bluebeam is also essential.

Job Description
  • Oversee daily project operations, ensuring projects are progressing on schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws.
  • Generate daily project reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Certified Superintendents License (CSL)
  • Experience successfully overseeing ground-up commercial/multifamily construction projects.
