About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Distribution Center operations on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving productivity, quality, and safety initiatives to ensure the efficient operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead productivity management activities for multiple departments, work centers, and processes on the assigned shift.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance, provide coaching and mentoring, and administer performance reviews.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Partner with other departments to align staffing plans, schedules, and performance levels with business needs.
  • Optimize resources, including equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in distribution/ecommerce leadership or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep dive into critical business problems.
  • Supervisory/Management experience leading a team of hourly associates.
  • Experience in managing resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials.
