As a key member of our airport concessions team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport lounge, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to airline passengers and airport visitors, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide high-quality service, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the Lounge Manager to reorder liquor and food inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve service issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork related to new hires, timesheets, and liquor usage/inventory/orders, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years of customer service or hospitality experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Licenses and Certifications: State liquor seller-server certification (TIPS/TABC) and state/local health department food handler certification required.
