**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. They will effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team and participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals.

Clinical Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. They will be able to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services and effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Unit-Specific Information:

This role is located in the Progressive Care Unit (F02426) at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $83,500 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
