About Our Dialysis Department:
Rochester Regional Health offers a full range of dialysis treatment options to patients with chronic kidney disease. We treat adults from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities, providing care that is patient-centric and personalized.

Your Role as a Clinical Leader:
You will serve as a valuable resource for staff, facilitating patient care and leading by example. As a Clinical Leader in Practices, you will prioritize leadership and communication skills to drive success and excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading physicians, practice managers, and clinical leaders to manage day-to-day functions and resolve issues
  • Functioning as the clinical resource for LPN, MOA, and Clerical staff
  • Ensuring staff rounds on patients consistently using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you)
  • Recognizing staff for outstanding performance and role modeling
  • Coaching staff privately when performance is below standard
  • Participating in the selection of new staff and ensuring peer interview process is followed

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
