Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to become a part of the Hoyle Tanner Internship program. This is a compensated internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will support airport planners and design engineers with various tasks associated with Airport Planning, including but not limited to:

  • Updating airport layout designs
  • Conducting aviation forecasting
  • Analyzing aircraft characteristics data
  • Performing airport revenue generation business assessments
  • Collecting field data using GPS and small unmanned aerial survey (sUAS) technology
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be pursuing an undergraduate degree in airport management and should be entering their junior or senior year of study.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate will be enrolled in a graduate program or in the final year of their BSCE coursework; EIT certification is advantageous. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil3D software is also beneficial.
