Job Summary
Catholic Health is seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist to lead our interdisciplinary team in the comprehensive care of admitted medical patients. As a Hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our hospital's medical programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an interdisciplinary team in the comprehensive care of admitted medical patients
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
- Contribute to the development of our hospital's medical programs
- Work closely with our advanced practice professionals (nurse practitioners and physician assistants) to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Licensed to practice medicine in New York State
- BCLS and ACLS certified from the American Heart Association
