Job Overview

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at a leading Fortune 100 Information Systems and Technology company.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $24.00 per hour, Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30 pm. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Job Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring all packaging materials are disposed of according to company policy. You will assist in shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities for the Data Center, including unboxing and boxing/crating of data center equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a semi-regular basis
  • Able to stand and walk for most of your shift
  • Able to work in a team and independently as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • Basic computer skills - Basic typing skills and understanding how to use a computer; familiarization with Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote and/or Microsoft Suite
