We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Volt. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center by assisting in shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all packaging materials are disposed of according to company policy
  • Assist in unboxing and boxing/crating of data center equipment
  • Participate in inventory control, cycle count programs, and de-trashing activities
  • Remove decommissioned assets from the data halls
  • Perform general dock and inventory duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Able to lift inventory up to 50 lbs on a semi-regular basis
  • Able to stand and walk for most of your shift
  • Able to work in a team and independently as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • Intermediate computer skills and comfort with technology
