Bristol Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Pharmacist to join our team. As a critical care pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide medication therapy management for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in code blue and rapid response team activations
- Conduct medication use evaluations and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current medications, treatments, and best practices in critical care
- Pharmacy PGY-2 in critical care or emergency medicine preferred, but general PGY-1 considered
- Ability to work a 7 on 7 off schedule with no on-call requirements
- Traveler's permanent residence must be 100 miles or greater from the hospital's service area
