Job Summary

Webber is seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Waterworks Laborer. This entry-level position is ideal for those looking to gain experience in the water infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist skilled craft workers in performing various tasks under close supervision.
  2. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, spreading, and leveling materials.
  3. Operate hand tools and equipment to mix and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
  4. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  5. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  2. Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
  3. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  4. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
