About the PositionTJFACT is seeking a well-qualified Anti-Corruption Policy Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC, supporting DOS INL. The successful candidate will serve in a several-person unit, reporting to the Team Lead or their designee.
Key Responsibilities- Support the design and implementation of anti-corruption policy, doctrine, and other lines of engagement for the Department.
- Participate in internal anti-corruption policy processes and coordination mechanisms by gathering information, engaging with counterparts from the Department, the Interagency, and wider stakeholders.
- Support the Coordinator's external engagements, including assisting in the preparation of remarks and other materials for public engagements.
- Support efforts to expand Department messaging on anti-corruption, including contributing to the development of press materials such as press releases, speeches, and social media posts.
- Support the team's efforts to expand anti-corruption expertise and training within the Department, including assisting in developing new anti-corruption knowledge products.
- Support the team's efforts to expand the Department and INL strategic and over-the-horizon analysis of corruption and anti-corruption countermeasures.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal U.S. resident.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Six to ten years' experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal regulations in regard to the area of specific need.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating organizational change.
- A Master's or equivalent postgraduate degree from an accredited institution in a field related to the primary duties of this position.
- Demonstrated previous experience in government, civil society, think tanks, or the private sector working on anti-corruption-related policy or regulatory issues.
- Demonstrated experience leading or substantively contributing to anti-corruption-related advocacy campaigns, regional foreign policy efforts, government initiatives, academic or policy-oriented research projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with team members, advocate effectively within and outside the organization to achieve objectives, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
